Animal ID: Weim 193Grayson (male)

Weimaraner    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Awesome is the word that comes to mind when we speak about this boy. He is GRAYSON a gorgeous purebred Weimaraner. Grayson is 7yrs old, Gosh did I say 7 read on this boy is much more like a 3-4 yr old He and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful Weimy features. A boy any Avid Weimaraner owner would be proud to call their own, A joy to watch with a beautiful prance. Grayson is blessed with stunning good looks, he is certainly a favorite here. Grayson`s story )))) Grayson hasn't always had the life he has with us today, In fact his previous years were harsh, Grayson was frequently beaten by his owners boyfriend and was left to ... (Read More)wander in the hope he would not return. We did an emergency rescue on this boy I was concerned about his well being on arrival he was drugged up on trazmadol and Ace he was clearly stressed, We gave him 1 tablet to get him through his first night and told him to make the most of it that was to be his last, After a good nights rest Grayson was up and out in the yard and just loving his freedom and new loving environment, Grayson arrived painfully thin you could see his ribs hip bones and spine. Today Grayson is up to weight he runs and plays all day he loves to run around the trees looking for squirrels and he will play ball all day with you Despite his previous years this boy is a true lover not an ounce of aggression unless you are a cat, he just loves to have hugs and snuggle with you. There are no signs of his previous abuse whatsoever he is just a happy boy We are committed to getting Grayson everything he needs in his new loving home, He has a wonderful temperament he is playful and gets along with all the other dogs although he does steer clear of any dominant males. Grayson gets excited at food times and he has the in built Weimaraner body clock when its approaching the time to eat He does eat a little too fast this will most likely cease in a quieter setting than here, Grayson is a good boy I cant think of anything negative to say about him,. . We are now searching for a wonderful WEIMARANER forever home for Grayson A family thatunderstands our breed and their needs & will love and cherish this boy as much as we do A home that will give him stability and security that he needs Grayson has Excelled in the time he has been with us he is certainly a favorite. He is so lovable he deserves a family that will give him the love and attention our breed craves. He loves to be around humans. Grayson loves everyone but we say no Cats. He is energetic, fun and playful. Grayson is house trained he will go to the door when he needs potty He is intelligent and smart and will easily pick up your routine. We are looking for a family that is home most of the day He is a typical Weim that dosent like to be left alone for hours on end he has already been subjected to that aspect, We are looking for a family that has time to invest in him. We do not crate any of our dogs and crating Grayson would be a disaster so we are looking for a family that will not crate him. Grayson like most weimaraners loves home comforts, At night time he will sleep on a sofa or a bed however he just loves to sleep on your bed he loves to be close to his humans. So if you do not like a dog on your furniture Grayson is not for you He definitely needs a home with a FENCED in yard he loves to run free, He is great with all other dogs and he would do well with a companion around his own age and size he would love someone to chase but someone that is not over dominant or that will suppress Graysons personality. A female would be good, We don't place our rescue Weims with small children or toddlers not because they are not good with children but because Weimaraners need a lot of attention. Grayson is Neutered, current on all vaccinations heartworm Negative and he is micro.chipped. He is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to run outdoors and relax with you in the home. We are looking for a forever home that can cherish him and give him the love and attention he needs, A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever. We don't want to ever find this boy back in rescue. A family that will include him in their lifestyle and activities. Grayson will only get better with the right interaction. Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make Grayson`s life complete if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful , loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure. Animal ID: Lab192Hunter (male)

Lab Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Female Dogs Only, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

What a stunner we have in this boy, this is HUNTER a Handsome Black Lab/ Mix He is approx 60lb, he is 3yrs old, and has beautiful features he is blessed with A Beautiful black shiny coat and soulful eyes that just melt your heart, Hunters Story )))) Hunter was placed in a local high kill shelter for what reason it is unclear What is clear is this boy has not had a good life it is apparent no one ever bothered to spend any time with this sweet boy, Hunter was Heartworm positive and very thin you could see his ribs and hip bones when we took him. The shelter was due to euthanize him they dont treat heart worm cases. We pulled Hunter from ... (Read More)the shelter and brought him to our base where all our dogs live in a house and roam free, Hunter is very is a sweet boy and loved to be cuddled something he does not appear to have had before, It was a bit of a culture shock for Hunter he did not appear to be socialized and struggled a little with the larger males, Hunter spent 6 weeks here and did fine until another male arrived who was as needy as Hunter unfortunately he was also dominant, We had an incident with the other boy and we moved him into boarding, Unfortunately this unnerved Hunter and he became afraid of the other males he had lived with for the past 2 months, Hunter had to have his heartworm treatment and we could not have him stressed, We tried finding a calm foster home for him but no one stepped up so we had to place Hunter in vet boarding, Hunter has finished his treatment and is still in boarding it is too much for him at our base, Hunter has had the best treatment and he is up to weight, It breaks my heart to see him in boarding it is not the right environment for any dog, Hunter is ready to leave us he needs a quieter home and someone that has time to invest in him. You will have to work a little with Hunter but in the right home this boy will excel. Hunter loves to run and chase squirrels he was pure joy to watch when he was here at base his name is so fitting, He is so focused and could put the others to shame. So a fenced in yard where Hunter can run is essential, No Cats for Hunter. All this boy needs is his person someone that can show him love and direction, He is super loving and will rest his head on your lap he would make a great companion as an only dog. Hunter loves to go for rides and he is excellent in the car, He can be a little wary of new people but he warms up quickly and will attach himself to you, He dosent know many commands I was working on them before he had to leave, He dosent know toys I feel he has never been taken care of as a puppy, We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for Hunter. A home that will give him the stability love and security he needs We are looking for a Family for Hunter someone that understands and has patience that is important We are looking for a family that dosent crate and preferably someone that is home most of the day we want someone that has time to invest in Hunter. He is happiest around his human that will give him the attention he deserves Hunter is not high maintenance his needs are minimal ,Its difficult to find anything negative to say about him apart from the above with his fearfulness of larger males he is just a sweetheart. Hunter is neutered, current on all vaccinations. Heartworm Negative, Micro chipped and is current on Monthly prevention We are looking to find Hunter a wonderful forever home where he can have stability and security in his life. We are looking for a forever home that will cherish him and love him as much as we do, A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever we don't ever want to see this boy back in a shelter. A family that is relatively calm and have a quieter lifestyle would be perfect he will excel with the right interaction. A home with a fenced in yard or acreage pool lanai where he can run and play and relax is essential we do not place our Dogs in Apartments condos or Town homes. Hunter would make a wonderful addition for an older family. He is a little fearful so the chaos of young children is not ideal. To adopt Hunter it is a long term commitment a commitment that will bring you great joy Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make Hunters`s life complete if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful , loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure. If you would like to be considered to adopt Hunter and you have fully read his bio please complete our Adoption Request form the link is here. http://www.lifelinedogrescue.org/services/adopt/adoption-form Hunter is located in Inverness Florida (Less)

Weimaraner Mix    Age: Young Adult

This girl is just Awesome, this is RAVEN a beautiful Blue Weimaraner/Lab She is approx 70lb, she is 4 yrs old, and has beautiful Weimy features She is blessed with beautiful black shiny coat and white teeth her eyes are soulful, Ravens Story )))) Raven was placed in a local kill shelter when her human became ill with cancer and was unable to care for her,, It must have been a culture shock for this super sweet girl that is no stranger to home comforts. We pulled her from the shelter and brought her to our base where all our dogs live in a house and roam free, Raven is a sweet and very loyal girl She adores her human interaction someone has ... (Read More)spent time with her Raven listens well and she is a very good girl, She does however have a little bit of a dominant side to her it is fair to say she would do better with a male dog than a female there are female dogs here for the best part she is fine with them all but I sometimes have to watch her stalking one of the others Her best buddy is a male blue Weimaraner She loves to run and chase the squirrels she has a prey drive like most Weimaraners so no small animals or cats for Raven. She is super loving and sometimes a bit of a loner she will take herself off to the sofas in the back room or go lie on my bed on her own She is content and a happy girl. At first she had a low growl with some of the others I don't see that often now she was a little underweight when she first arrived so the growl was always at food time, She now gets good food on a regular basis and she will go to her feeding station no problems. Raven wants her person she just wants to be someones princess she loves to run and play and she is a joy to watch, She loves to go out places with you and she is obediant she knows sit and stay she walks well on a leash and is housebroken. Raven would do well as an only dog she just wants that love attention and TLC she can be playful but she is not boisterous Her favorite thing is snuggling on the sofa with you and sleeping in your bed at night so if you dont want a Weim on your furniture Raven is not the girl for you, We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for Raven. A home that will give her the stability love and security she needs Like most Weimies she loves to be around humans and will follow you around, She is a calm girl she is not a high maintenance Weim, We are looking for a Weimaraner Family for Raven someone that understands our breed and their needs that is important We are looking for a Weim family that dosent crate and preferably someone that is home most of the day we want someone that has time to invest in her, Like most Weimaraners she just loves car rides and she is excellent in the car She will be in that car in a flash she will circle the car if she thinks there is a chance of a ride. Raven is fine in the home with a free reign. She is happiest around her human that will give her the attention she deserves ,Its difficult to find anything negative to say about her she is just a sweetheart. Raven is Spayed, current on all vaccinations. Heartworm Negative, Micro chipped and is current on Monthly prevention We are looking to find Raven a wonderful forever home where she can have stability and security in her life.
